Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the most cost-effective purchase of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintain and update records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate for logistics to arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
• Handling all import shipments.
• Handling full warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations by staying updated on changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment of import duties, taxes, and freight charges.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Conducting regular stock check and maintaining stock records.
