Job summary

Money View is hiring a VKYC Executive in Bengaluru to conduct secure, RBI-compliant video identity verification for customer onboarding. You will be the company’s visual representative, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and confidence in handling live video interactions.

Responsibilities include verifying identities via Aadhaar/PAN, validating documents, performing liveness checks, and providing basic tech support, while ensuring data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream; fresh graduates considered.
• Good knowledge of documentation and KYC basics.
• Strong communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live video calls to verify customer identity using Aadhaar, PAN, and profile checks.
• Capture and validate high-quality images of PAN cards and customer photographs.
• Perform liveness and anti-spoofing checks per RBI’s V-CIP guidelines.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting (camera, location permissions, browser settings).
• Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Maintain polished appearance and adhere to video grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Verification & Onboarding: Conduct live video calls to verify customer identity using Aadhaar, PAN, and profile checks.
• Document Validation: Capture and validate high-quality images of PAN cards and customer photographs.
• Compliance & Fraud Detection: Perform liveness and anti-spoofing checks per RBI’s V-CIP guidelines.
• Technical Support: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting (camera, location permissions, browser settings).
• Data Security: Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Professional Representation: Maintain polished appearance and adhere to video grooming standards.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any stream. Good cibil score and clear Police BGV.
• Communication: Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
• Regional Languages: Preference for candidates who speak and understand multiple regional languages.
• Experience: 0–1 year; freshers with basic knowledge of documentation.
• Core Knowledge: Familiarity with KYC frameworks, identity proofing, and document verification.
• Video Comfort: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in video-based customer interactions.
