Job summary

Citi is seeking a detail-oriented Video KYC (VKYC) Analyst to support Commercial Cards onboarding while ensuring compliance with RBI Video KYC guidelines, AML/KYC requirements, and global banking standards.

The role focuses on conducting VKYC per RBI regulations, handling customer interactions during sessions, performing due diligence, verifying identities via live video, and maintaining audit-ready records to support MCA requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of VKYC/KYC or related banking operations experience.
• Knowledge of RBI and global VKYC/KYC guidelines, AML and CDD requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong investigation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and sound decision-making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and risk assessments.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support MCA requirements.
• Identify and escape fraud indicators and compliance concerns.
• Achieve quality, productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding.
