Job summary

thepridecircle is seeking a VKYC specialist to conduct video KYC, verify identities, and ensure data accuracy in a fast-paced BFSI setting.

You will handle customer queries during VKYC, maintain strict compliance, and escalate discrepancies as needed while meeting daily productivity targets in Mumbai.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) as per company and regulatory guidelines
• Verify customer identity and documents during video interactions
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper records
• Handle customer queries professionally during the VKYC process
• Maintain quality and compliance standards at all times
• Escalate discrepancies or suspicious activities to the concerned team
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms
• Ability to handle customers over video calls confidently
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
• Prior experience in KYC / Banking / BFSI will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates based in Mumbai / Thane
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• 5/6 days working (as per company policy)
• Rotational shifts (including day and evening shifts)
• Week offs on a rotational basis

Qualification

Minimum of 1 years experience. Qualified candidates for this role will possess the following skills:
