Job summary

Rheinmetall in Pune is seeking a proficient PLC and HMI programmer to support assembly line operations, including programming, troubleshooting, and validating new line modifications. You will coordinate with external agencies to deliver projects on time and share knowledge on upcoming lines and changes.

Additionally, you will contribute to IATF-16949 documentation and EHS system documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards across the line.

• S7-200,S7-300 &S7-1200, Beckhoff PLC Programming/Trouble shooting.
• HMI Programming.
• Desoutter Pivotware system
• Screw driver, Keyance scanners and laser markers, Epson, ABB & Staubli robot programming & trouble shooting
• Assembly line maintenance
• 5 why Problem solving,
• Excel, Power Point, MS Office tools at proficient level.
