Responsibilities

• Counsel parents about student admissions and guide them through the process.
• Provide solutions to applicant queries via phone, in person, or in writing.
• Review records, input data, and generate letters using school databases.
• Collaborate with Zonal Heads to support admissions and programmes.
• Build strong relationships with parents to understand their requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Counsel parents about student admission and guide them through the process as per school policies and procedures.


• Provide solutions to applicant queries and requests regarding admission through telephone, Face-to-face, and written communication.


• Review student records, input data, and generate letters or applicant lists using school databases.


• Collaborate closely with Zonal Heads to support admissions and school programs.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to understand and address their requirements.

Qualification & Skills:

• Completed MBA or currently in the final year of MBA.


• Excellent communication skills (Fluent English) and knowledge of the local language.


• Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.


• Ability to engage comfortably with children.


• Presentable personality with strong persuasion skills to convince parents.
