Job summary

Jain Housing & Construction is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for real estate projects. You will optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creatives to improve CPL and lead quality, while ensuring accurate lead flow into the CRM.

You will monitor GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, conduct keyword research, build audiences, and collaborate with creative teams to test ad copies and forms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on lead generation and CPL management.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end campaigns in real estate is preferred.
• Proficient with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel for conversion tracking and reporting.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Plan, launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp, conversion).
• Deliver monthly project-wise lead targets within the approved budget.
• Optimise bids, budgets, audiences and creatives daily to improve CPL, lead quality and cost per site visit (CPSV).
• Conduct keyword research and build custom, lookalike and remarketing audiences.
• Brief the creative team and A/B test ad copies, creatives and lead forms.
• Maintain conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) and ensure accurate lead flow into the CRM.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on spend, leads, qualification %, site visits, CPL and CPSV.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage
• Proven track record in lead generation, with ownership of CPL and lead quality.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads / Meta Ads end to end.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Exposure to real estate CRMs and property portals is an advantage.
• Graduate in any discipline; Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
• Analytical, target-oriented, with good communication skills.
