Teleperformance invites freshers to join as a Customer Support executive at Ambattur IT Park, Chennai, working from office in a day rotational shift. Freshers fluent in Hindi (read/write) only may apply; candidates with English or Tamil skills should not apply.

Role: Customer Support

Shift: 7AM-12AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours) (7AM-4Pm, 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM,12PM-9PM, 1PM-10PM, 2PM-11PM, 3PM-12AM)

Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai.

Eligibility to apply:

Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)

• Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
• Should have typing skill.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
• Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
• Hindi with English Chat support.

Salary: 21k CTC and 17.5k TH.

We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
