Job summary

TP invites freshers and experienced candidates to join as a customer support specialist. The role involves handling queries via email, chat, and web chat, providing timely solutions, with Hindi proficiency alongside English chat support.

Walk-in at Ambattur, Chennai from Monday to Friday 11AM–3PM. Salary: 21k CTC / 17k take-home. One-way cab facility provided for night shift ends between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply).
• Freshers can apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.
• Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
• Typing skill required.
