Job summary

Quest Global in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, invites experienced Mechanical/Structural Designers to join our hyperscale data center module initiatives. You will check drawings, ensure accuracy, and drive safety and reliability across mechanical, piping, and structural scopes.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of relevant drafting experience, expertise in SolidWorks, and fluent English. Knowledge of Weldments, Sheet metal, and optional Windchill/SAP is valued.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification - Designer should be in possession of a Technical Certification in the design discipline.
• Experience - A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience mechanical and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules or related environment in similar industry.
• Background - Structural/ Mechanical drafting/ Weldments & Sheet metal (must)
• Language - Fluency in written and verbal - English
• Software Knowledge - SolidWorks (Expert) - Weldments and Structures
• Optional software knowledge - Windchill, SAP

Responsibilities

• The Mechanical/ Structural Designer will be responsible for checking and approving drawings/ designs;
• interface communication, and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and safety of the mechanical, piping, and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules meets customer's requirements and Industrial Standards they produce.
