Job summary

Quest Global Bengaluru seeks an experienced CAD Design Engineer to create 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX, develop complex assemblies, and generate detailed documentation.

You will collaborate with design originators, ensure manufacturability, apply GD&T, and contribute to wind power projects with PLM tools like Teamcenter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in CAD design.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with PLM tools like Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of Welding and Fabrication (sheet metal) methodology.
• Experience with GD&T and other detailed standards.
• Experience in Wind Power Domain is highly preferred.

• Interface with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Perform geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Participate in design optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
