Job summary

Vashi Integrated Solutions is seeking a Manager to oversee procurement, project execution, and infrastructure readiness across multiple locations in India. The role focuses on identifying sites, coordinating civil modifications, branding, and ensuring timely handover to operations, while maintaining cost control and quality standards.

You will manage vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, develop schedules and budgets, monitor risks, and drive value through strategic procurement

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Interior Designer.
• 8–12 years of experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities or Corporate Administration.
• Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Site Identification & Feasibility: identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
• Project Execution: lead end-to-end execution from possession to operational handover, manage civil modifications and infrastructure development.
• Infrastructure Readiness: coordinate electrical infrastructure, power, DG/UPS, internet, networking, CCTV, access control, HVAC, and utilities.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors, negotiate commercials, monitor SLAs and certify work.

Overview:

To provide high-quality service delivery to ensure the operating units can efficiently procure and obtain the best value for the goods and services needed to support their operations. Oversee the execution of daily management, operations, and strategic initiatives across the procurement function, as well as develop measurable plans and procurement metrics to ensure that value, customer service, and cost savings goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Site Identification & Feasibility

• Identify and evaluate suitable commercial properties for offices, warehouses, Solar Marts and Industrial Marts.
• Conduct site feasibility assessments considering commercial, operational and business requirements.
• Recommend shortlisted sites to management with supporting feasibility inputs to enable timely decision-making.

Project Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution from possession to operational handover.
• Manage civil modifications, interior fit-outs, branding and infrastructure development.
• Deliver projects within approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Infrastructure Readiness

• Coordinate electrical infrastructure, power, DG/UPS, internet, networking, CCTV, access control, fire & safety, HVAC, furniture, signage, security, housekeeping, pantry and utilities to ensure operational readiness.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Manage architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Negotiate commercials, monitor SLAs and certify work completion.

Project Governance

• Prepare project schedules, budgets and milestone trackers.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks and present project status updates.
• Ensure successful project closure and business handover.

Desired ProfileEducation

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Interior Designer.

Experience

• 812 years of experience in Project Management, Infrastructure Development, Facilities or Corporate Administration.
• Experience in setting up offices, warehouses, retail outlets or industrial facilities.
• Experience managing multi-location projects across India.
