• Updates machine history cards and maintenance objective trends.
• Prepares lists of approved service agencies and critical spares.
• Manages TS documentation and related reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary & Key Objectives

Direct and manage all plant engineering with overall responsibilities for new product development & maintenance-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducts maintenance review meeting.
• Reviews maintenance activities.
• Reviews maintenance objective trends.
• Direct responsibility for all maintenance activities.
• Prepares preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
• Prepares preventive maintenance check list.
• Communicates the PM and PDM plan to production department.
• Do preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan.
• Attends machine break-down through M/C Break down Report.
• Take preventive actions & update the PM Check sheet if necessary.
• Updates the results in the machine / equipment history card.
• Prepares list of approved service agencies.
• Prepares critical spares list.
• Prepares hand tools and spares list.
• Prepares Speedy Repair/Trouble Shooting instructions.
• Prepares OEE study plan
• Prepares OEE study report.
• Updates and reviews maintenance objective trends with PH.
• Prepares service, erection and commissioning report.
• Responsible for TS Documentation.

Preferred Qualification & Education

1. Requires a Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience and responsibilities,
