Role & responsibilities

• Lead Java/Spring Boot application development and Microservices architecture.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions including LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Design scalable cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Mentor development teams and drive best coding practices.
• Manage API development, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI and cloud technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
• 2+ years of Technical Lead experience.
• Experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, Spring AI, or OpenAI integration.
• Hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, cloud-native architecture, and system design.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• Preferred: Kafka, Vector Databases, Python, and AI/ML certifications.
