Sightspectrum is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to lead end-to-end development of scalable applications in Pune. You will build backend services with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices, and craft responsive UIs with Angular or React.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full stack development with modern frameworks.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/React skills.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices and system design.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs or OpenAI APIs is preferred.
• Exposure to Cursor AI or similar AI coding assistants.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable full-stack applications.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Microservices.
• Build responsive web applications using Angular or React.
• Integrate AI/GenAI, LLMs and AI-based APIs into applications.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI to improve productivity.
• Design scalable, secure and high-performance applications.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with product, design and business teams.
• Work with Git, CI/CD and cloud technologies.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 69 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot and Angular/React.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices and system design.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, LLMs, OpenAI APIs or AI-powered applications is preferred.
• Exposure to Cursor AI or similar AI coding assistants.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and mentoring skills.
