Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Team Lead with strong hands‑on engineering expertise and experience guiding small development teams to build scalable products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in system design, architecture decisions, and hands‑on development, while mentoring engineers and driving the successful delivery of high‑quality software. This role requires deep technical capability along with the ability to coordinate development efforts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
• Remain hands‑on with coding, architecture, and system design
• Drive development using Node.js / Python / Java / Full Stack technologies
• Assist in designing scalable and maintainable systems
• Support the integration of LLM‑based or AI‑powered features into products where applicable
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver features aligned with business requirements
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Help with sprint planning, task breakdown, and technical estimations
• Mentor engineers and support their technical growth and problem solving
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability

Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Node.js or Python or Java
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
• Understanding of LLM‑based systems, prompt engineering, or GenAI integrations (preferred)
• Experience with React / Angular / Vue or other frontend frameworks (nice to have)
• Good knowledge of system design, microservices, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

GenAI‑Specific Expectations

• Exposure to LLM integrations such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI
• Basic understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
• Awareness of AI model evaluation, prompt optimization, and responsible AI practices
