Job summary

Hiringhood is seeking a technology leader to own system design and drive AI-led development across backend, frontend, and full-stack teams. You will guide cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and secure coding practices to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

You will mentor engineers across Python/Java/Node.js, Angular/React/Flutter, and help translate business requirements into robust technical strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading full-stack teams.
• Expertise in backend (Java/Python/Node.js) and frontend (TypeScript frameworks, React.js, Flutter).
• Strong grasp of system architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML applications and embedding AI-led practices in engineering.
• Focus on application security, data protection, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release management.
• Enforce secure coding practices, data privacy, and governance.
• Collaborate with Project managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Mentor engineers in backend (Python, Node.js or Java / Spring Boot), frontend (Angular / React, Flutter or React Native), and full-stack development.
• Review code, designs, and solutions to ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security.
• Promote strong DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices across teams.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Provide guidance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure smooth release management.

Security & Governance

• Enforce secure coding practices, data privacy, and compliance standards.
• Anticipate risks, set up monitoring and observability frameworks.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Project managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align technology with business outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading full-stack teams with expertise in:

• Backend: Java, Python, Node.js (REST / GraphQL, APIs, microservices) Frontend: Any Typescript framework, React.js, Flutter (mobile/web apps)
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, distributed systems, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools. Exposure to AI/ML applications and ability to embed AI-led practices in engineering.
• Strong focus on application security, data protection, and governance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and align with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL, Graph DBs).
• Prior involvement in building AI-enabled products or applying AI in developer workflows.
