Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead Back-End & Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable backend platforms while driving the adoption of Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and AI-powered engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise backend architecture, combined with practical experience building or integrating AI agents, LLM applications, RAG solutions, tool‑calling workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.

This role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can architect solutions, write production‑quality code, mentor engineers, perform technical reviews, and work closely with product, architecture, DevOps, data, and AI teams.

Experience with any Agentic AI tool/framework is acceptable, provided the candidate has meaningful hands‑on implementation experience.
