The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for contract and temporary staffing requirements across various technologies and domains. The recruiter should have strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
• Negotiate compensation, contract terms, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality standards.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
