Trainer Duties & Responsibilities

• Assess the training needs of individuals and organizations
• Design and develop training programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs
• Conduct workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, and presentations
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor trainee performance and response to training
• Provide feedback to program participants and management
• Ensure adherence to established training procedures and guidelines
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
• Revise and refine training content as needed
