Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

• Acquire new customers for banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, Fixed Deposits, Loans, etc.)
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
• Promote CASA growth
• Cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products

Lead Generation

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling
• Build strong local networks with retailers, SMEs, and individuals

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Documentation & Compliance

• Handle KYC documentation
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies

Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activity
• Share market insights with management
