Intas in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking an experienced OSD production technician to operate core manufacturing equipment and support a fast-paced pharmaceutical production line.

You will follow cGMP, SOPs and BMRs, perform in-process checks, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with QA/QC, Engineering and Warehouse teams while maintaining clean, compliant production areas and supporting validation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate OSD manufacturing equipment such as:
  • Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)
  • Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
  • Blenders
  • Compression Machines
  • Coating Machines
• Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Record all production activities accurately in logbooks and batch records
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements
• Carry out in-process checks as per defined parameters
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area
• Support validation, qualification, and audit activities
• Report deviations, breakdowns, and abnormalities to supervisors
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products

Educational Qualification

• B. Pharma/Diploma /ITI
• Relevant technical training in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage

Experience

• 03 to 10 years of experience in OSD pharmaceutical production
• Hands-on experience with OSD equipment is preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Good documentation practices
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
