Job summary

Cdymax India Pharma in Jigani, Karnataka, invites experienced professionals to join our OSD manufacturing team. You will operate and support RMG, FBD, octagonal & Conta blender lines, ensuring compliance with SOPs, batch records, GMP and data integrity during formulation development and scale-up projects.

The role requires hands-on machine operation, diligent documentation, incident-free changeovers, and collaboration with Formulation R&D, Production, QA and Engineering to maintain product

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical processing equipment.
• Understanding of GMP, GLP and data integrity requirements.
• Ability to follow SOPs and batch manufacturing records.

Responsibilities

• Operate OSD manufacturing and formulation equipment as per approved SOPs and batch records.
• Operate equipment such as RMG, FBD, Octagonal Blender, Conta Blender, Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine and related equipment.
• Perform equipment setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning and changeover activities.
• Follow approved SOPs, BMRs/BPRs, safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Support formulation trials, process optimization and scale-up activities.
• Monitor machine parameters during trials and record observations accurately.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment/process-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and equipment logbooks.
• Coordinate with Formulation R&D, Production, QA and Engineering teams.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and maintain cleanliness of the working area.
• Follow GMP, GLP, EHS and data-integrity requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification.
• Pharmaceutical machine operation experience preferred.
