Job summary

Blv Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced production professional to lead day-to-day batch production in a regulated environment. You will plan, execute, and supervise shop-floor activities, ensuring quality, yield, and timelines while maintaining strict GMP/ISO standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with production planning, BMRs, and leadership. Cleanroom exposure and ERP (Odoo) proficiency are highly valued; relocation to the Bhiwadi belt is expected for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in batch production in medical devices, pharma, diagnostics, or related fields.
• Hands-on production planning, BMR documentation, and shop-floor leadership.
• Cleanroom exposure is a strong plus.
• ERP (Odoo preferred) and MS Excel knowledge.
• Clear communicator who coordinates across departments.
• Willingness to relocate to the Bhiwadi belt (Bhiwadi/Dharuhera/Rewari/Gurgaon).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production as per demand and priorities.
• Independently run batches (mixing, blending, filling, packing) per SOPs, BMRs, and defined process parameters.
• Allocate manpower and lead operators to deliver work correctly, safely, and on time.
• Maintain production records: BMRs, logbooks, cleaning records, yield, and material reconciliation.
• Track output, yield, wastage, and rejection; drive productivity improvements.
• Ensure line clearance, cleanroom hygiene, material identification, and shop-floor discipline.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance and quick restoration after breakdowns.
• Work with QA, QC, Stores, and R&D for smooth execution and product trials.
• Follow GMP, ISO 13485, QMS; support audits, validation, and CAPA.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience with production planning, BMR documentation, and shop-floor leadership.
• Cleanroom exposure is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of ERP (Odoo preferred) and MS Excel.
• Clear communicator who coordinates well across departments.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Bhiwadi / Dharuhera / Rewari / Gurgaon belt.
