Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Customer Service Representative (English) to support customers via chat and email from Hyderabad, India. The role focuses on clear written communication, empathy, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inquiries, provide timely resolutions, document interactions, and maintain high service standards. Freshers are welcome with strong communication and 30 wpm typing; 6 months of experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, International Chat Support, or BPO Operations.
• Freshers are eligible with good communication and at least 30 wpm typing speed.
• Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
• Must successfully clear background verification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt and professional support to customers through chat and email channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
