Job summary

IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking a Customer Service Representative (English) to handle chat and email support for international customers. You will resolve inquiries, communicate product and policy information, and maintain high customer satisfaction with timely resolutions.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or BPO operations; freshers with good communication and 30 wpm typing are eligible.

Qualifications

You Will:

You Have:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.

• Above average verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling multiple chats simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Previous experience in international customer support environments.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Requirements:
