• Outbreak Investigation: Trace sources of nosocomial infections and support containment efforts.
• Staff Education: Train new personnel on infection safety guidelines and occupational exposure management.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain documentation for local health agencies on communicable diseases.

Job description

Surveillance & Monitoring: Track infection rates, analyze microbiological lab reports, and perform regular environmental rounds in high-risk zones like ICUs and operation theatres

Protocol Implementation: Develop, update, and supervise standard and transmission-based precautions (hand hygiene, PPE usage, safe waste management)

Outbreak Investigation: Trace the source of nosocomial infections and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage active containment procedures.

Staff Education: Train newly recruited personnel, nurses, and support staff on infection safety guidelines and occupational exposure management

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain documentation for local public health agencies regarding communicable diseases and workplace exposures
