Job summary

Sukino Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Infection Control Lead to ensure implementation, monitoring, and compliance of infection prevention across the center, safeguarding patients, caregivers, and staff.

You will develop policies, conduct surveillance, train teams, and lead audits to maintain NABH-compliant standards and drive reduction of HAIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital infection prevention and control.
• Knowledge of NABH or regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to conduct audits and prepare reports.
• Strong training and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of infection prevention practices.
• Conduct regular infection surveillance.
• Monitor adherence to hand hygiene and PPE protocols.
• Train and educate staff on infection control.
• Conduct infection control audits and share reports.
• Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and biomedical waste management
• Investigate and manage infection outbreaks and take corrective actions
• Coordinate with Nursing Incharge and Clinical teams for patient safety measures
• Maintain infection control records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with NABH / regulatory guidelines (if applicable)
• Monitor antibiotic usage patterns in coordination with clinical team (if required)
• Drive initiatives to reduce hospital-acquired infections (HAIs)
