Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida is hiring for an International Technical Support role. You will field customer inquiries, diagnose basic network and modem issues, and guide clients through device configurations to restore services.

Freshers are eligible, and candidates with 1–5 years in international telecom support with excellent communication skills and ISP/WiFi experience are preferred. The role includes 24x7 shifts, with cab facilities and insurance benefits.

Work Location: Noida

Role & responsibilities

• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world‑class customer service
• Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting
• Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper‑level technical support when needed

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (International Telecom Voice) .
• Freshers are eligible for the role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Have worked on ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues
• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment
• Graduation not required for experienced candidates
• Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs
• Exclusions: Undergraduate Fresher are not eligible/Graduate freshers with Non Technical education are not eligible.
