iEnergizer in Gurugram is seeking Talent Acquisition professionals to join our team. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO clients, including bulk hiring across multiple processes.

You will source candidates via portals, referrals, social media, and other channels, screen candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with operations and hiring managers. The position offers 4.0–4.5 LPA CTC with 5.5 working days per week, and immediate joiners are

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive
Number of Openings: 4
Salary: 4.00 LPA - 4.50 LPA (CTC)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO clients.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage bulk recruitment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
