Omega Healthcare Management Services is hiring for a C2H Recruiter role in Chennai. Work From Office at Kandanchavadi, with landmark Thanthi TV Building.

The Senior Recruiter will lead bulk and high-volume hiring, manage a team of recruiters, coordinate with HR Ops, monitor TAT and cost per hire, and ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles, while maintaining process compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter.
• Strong expertise in volume hiring.
• Experience in team handling / leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive bulk hiring strategies to meet business requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to improve productivity.
• Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.
• Handle stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, conversion ratio).
• Coordinate with HR Ops / onboarding teams for smooth joining process.
• Ensure process compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Manage vendor performance and external hiring channels.
