Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Chakan, Maharashtra, invites an experienced Head PPC to lead the Production Planning & Control for pressing and stamping operations, optimizing machine and manpower utilization to meet production targets and on-time delivery.

You will drive material planning, capacity planning, die/tool planning, and inventory control, while maintaining ERP/MRP data integrity and delivering daily/weekly MIS. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in pressing, stamping, sheet-metal components, automotive components or precision engineering.
• Strong experience in production planning, capacity planning, material planning and shop-floor coordination.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, production MIS and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning and Material Planning & Control for presses and stamping.
• Manage capacity planning, die & tool planning, and inventory & WIP control.
• Ensure on-time customer delivery and accurate ERP/MRP transactions.
• Develop PPC dashboards and MIS reports; monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch.

Job Purpose

To lead the Production Planning & Control function for pressing and stamping operations, ensuring optimum utilization of machines, manpower, dies, materials and capacity while achieving production targets, on-time delivery, inventory control and cost objectives.
