Job summary

TechXR Innovations Private Limited in Bhopal is seeking a Marketplace Executive to own end-to-end marketplace performance, driving delivered-sales, margins and ad spend across India and US platforms. You will manage inventory with precise forecasts and plan pricing while coordinating with platform managers and cross-functional teams.

You will design ads budgets, optimize TACoS, plan events, and grow quick-commerce presence.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketplace roles at a consumer or D2C brand.
• 2+ years personally running Amazon and Flipkart ads, not just agency oversight.
• Hands-on quick commerce experience on Blinkit, Zepto or Instamart: onboarding, POs, NLC, fill rates.
• Fluent in unit economics: contribution margin, NLC, TACoS, days of cover.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; has managed at least one person or agency.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly delivered-sales and contribution-margin targets per platform after fees and returns.
• Set ads strategy and budget split across Amazon, Flipkart; own MER and TACoS.
• Plan sale events, deals and pricing; ensure parity with our D2C site.
• Grow quick commerce: new platforms and cities, NLC and margin negotiation, PO planning, fill rate.
• Plan inventory with supply: forecasts, days of cover, no stock-outs or ageing stock.
• Run Amazon US: FBA shipments from India, listings, pricing.
• Lead the executive; send a weekly MIS to leadership.

Own TechXR's marketplace channel end to end (delivered sales, margin, operations and ad spend) across Amazon India and US, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart.

What you'll do

• Own monthly delivered-sales and contribution-margin targets per platform, after fees, ads and returns.
• Set ads strategy and budget split across Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce ads; own MER (delivered sales ÷ performance ad spend) and TACoS.
• Plan sale events, deals and pricing; hold price parity with our D2C website.
• Grow quick commerce: new platforms and cities, NLC and margin negotiation, PO planning, fill rate.
• Plan inventory with supply: forecasts, days of cover, no stock-outs or ageing stock.
• Run Amazon US: FBA shipments from India, listings, pricing.
• Own relationships and escalations with platform account managers.
• Lead the executive; send a weekly MIS to leadership.

Must have
