Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, testing, and implementing engineering projects.
• Learn company processes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Perform technical analysis, calculations, and prepare engineering reports.
• Support installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of equipment or systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions under supervision.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, manuals, and presentations.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and site visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, procurement, and maintenance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret engineering data for process improvement.
• Follow workplace safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.
