Job summary

Zeppelin Systems is seeking a project coordination professional in Vadodara to support end-to-end project execution across engineering, procurement, QA/QC, logistics, manufacturing and site teams. The role focuses on schedule development, progress monitoring, and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules and monitoring overall project progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and escalate risks proactively.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely submission and approval of technical documents.
• Prepare technical reports, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), project correspondence, and other project documentation.
• Support engineering design activities and maintain document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and delivery milestones.
• Assist in technical bid evaluations and coordinate with vendors during the procurement process.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely submission of engineering documents and material deliveries.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Fabrication teams to monitor production progress and resolve execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) requirements throughout project execution.
• Support site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities to achieve project milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with customers by providing regular project updates, reports, and resolving project-related queries.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
