Job summary

Shiva Engineers in India is seeking a mechanical design engineer to develop and design mechanical components, assemblies and equipment. You will prepare detailed drawings and perform design calculations while coordinating with production, purchasing, quality, and projects teams.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor, with a solid grounding in manufacturing processes and GD&T.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or Inventor.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, sheet metal and assembly.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skill.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Team coordination
• GD and T.
• Manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities
