Job summary

Orbit Bearings in Rajkot, India, is seeking support personnel to assist in daily production and assembly operations on a shop-floor level. The role involves following SOPs, process sheets, drawings, and quality standards while ensuring traceability of bearings and proper documentation.

The candidate will gain exposure to CNC and conventional machining concepts, tooling, and inspection practices, reporting abnormalities and coordinating with the team to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow SOPs, process sheets, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Assist in achieving daily production and productivity targets; maintain records and documentation.
• Develop basic understanding of CNC/conventional machining, tooling, and inspection.

• Assist in controlling rejection, rework, and process losses.
• Report machine abnormalities and coordinate with the concerned team.
