Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Food Science is required.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry and quality control.
• Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP/HACCP guidelines and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead food tech team, oversee product development & quality control.
• Collaborate with R&D, production & regulatory affairs departments.
