Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Life Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition Science.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSAI Act, global regulations such as CODEX/USFDA/EU/FSANZ/GSO.
• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition for New Product.
• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition chart for existing product for recipe revision.
• Create country-wise Ingredient lists & Nutrition charts for USA/UK/Canada/GCC etc.
• Provide Approval on Final Artwork.

• Knowledge of Food Science / Nutrition Science / Chemistry / Microbiology


• Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSAI Act, Global Food regulations such as CODEX, USFDA, EU, FSANZ, GSO Etc


• Knowledge of Food Safety Management System / Vegan / organic etc.


• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition for New Product


• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition chart for existing product for recipe revision


• Create Country wise ( USA/UK/Canada/GCC etc ) Ingredient list & Nutrition chart for products


• Provide Approval on Final Artwork
