Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited in Bengaluru invites freshers to join its UK Voice Support process. You will respond to customer calls, update information in the system, and resolve issues with a focus on timely, empathetic service.

We value clear English communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in rotating shifts, including nights if required. Training and international exposure help you grow within a friendly, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Willingness to work in a UK Voice Support Process.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Revert to customer calls on a variety of issues.
