Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, invites you to join its UK Voice Support team in Bengaluru. Freshers welcome; no prior experience required. You will handle customer calls, update information, and deliver timely resolutions in simple English.

This role offers rotational shifts including night shifts if needed, two-way cab facilities within FSL boundaries, and attractive incentives and training to support career growth.

Qualifications
