Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited in Bengaluru is inviting freshers to join our UK Voice Support Process. You will respond to customer calls, update systems accurately, and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.

No prior experience required; however, good English communication, typing skills, and the ability to work in rotational/night shifts are essential. Two-way cab facility and competitive incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 10th, 12th, or Graduation are eligible.
• Freshers welcome; candidates with prior experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a UK Voice Support Process.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
