Job summary

Firstsource invites freshers and experienced professionals to join its UK Voice Support team from Bengaluru. You will handle customer calls, provide information, and ensure accurate data updates while maintaining professionalism.

The role offers on-site work with rotational shifts, including night shifts if required, and opportunities for training, career growth, and exposure to international clients. Two-way cab facility and attractive incentives are part of the package.

• Revert to customer calls on a variety of issues.
