Job summary

FPS Innovation Labs in Pune seeks a Fraud Prevention/AML/KYC specialist to review transactions, assess customer risk, and identify suspicious activity. The role focuses on protecting customers while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

The candidate should have 1+ year in fraud prevention/ AML / KYC and 1+ year in international BPO (voice/chat/email), with strong communication skills and willingness to work onsite at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year Fraud Prevention / AML / KYC experience.
• At least 1 year international BPO experience (Voice/Chat/Email).
• Good communication skills.
• Max 6 months gap in employment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

Responsibilities

• Review transactions and all available information to understand our customers while respecting all identities.
• Make customer-centric decisions and take the path of least resistance to protect our customers.
• Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activities such as account takeovers, friendly fraud, theft, and other similar risks.
• Identify suspicious activities and unusual patterns that could result in fraud, including, but not limited to, AML issues and activities reported by other staff members.
• Take inbound and outbound calls to request additional documents for KYC, compliance, and/or to mitigate risk behaviors.
