Job summary

Coralindia requires an experienced Head of Accounts & Finance to oversee the full financial function of the manufacturing unit, ensuring accurate, timely statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

You will drive cash flow management, cost controls, ERP/SAP usage, internal audits, and coordination with auditors, while leading a talented finance team and aligning financial strategy with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function of the manufacturing unit
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations effectively
• Develop and implement financial controls, cost management strategies, and internal audit systems
• ERP/SAP and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Effective leadership, team management, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits
