Sudisa Foundry is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead all financial functions across the manufacturing operations. You will oversee costing, budgeting, taxation, audit coordination and treasury activities while driving cost optimization and strong internal controls.

The role requires strategic thinking, leadership of a high-performing finance team, and expertise in SAP ERP to deliver insightful financial reporting and governance for business growth.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing finance leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of GST, income tax and TDS regulations.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience and financial systems proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, MIS and Store Accounting functions.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act and statutory requirements.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, banking operations and fund utilization.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, cost and tax audits and close observations timely.
• Establish internal controls, financial policies and risk management systems.
• Conduct product costing, profitability and variance analysis; drive cost reduction.
• Monitor cost records, inventory valuation, BOM accuracy and manufacturing cost optimization.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team; drive high performance.
• Ensure effective utilization of SAP and financial reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

• Manage Finance, Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, MIS, and Store Accounting functions.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, banking operations, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate Internal, Statutory, Cost, and Tax Audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management systems.
• Conduct product-wise costing, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance of cost records and compliance with Cost Audit requirements.
• Monitor inventory valuation, material consumption, BOM accuracy, and manufacturing cost optimization.
• Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and business growth.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team and drive a high-performance culture.
• Ensure effective utilization of SAP and financial reporting systems.
