• Market Development & Marketing Support: expand into new markets/outlets, implement schemes and promotions, ensure product visibility and support launches.

• Field Sales & Target Achievement: Manage assigned territory, visit retailers/customers, generate orders, achieve sales targets, expand outlet coverage and ensure product availability.
• Distributor Development & Management: Identify and onboard new distributors, develop their market network, monitor stock and secondary sales, support inventory planning and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
• Market Development & Marketing Support: Expand into new markets/outlets, implement company schemes and promotional activities, ensure product visibility and support local marketing campaigns and product launches. Role & responsibilities

• Field-oriented and energetic individual who is comfortable spending significant time in the market and travelling within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with retailers, distributors and customers.
