Access Healthcare in Pune, India is seeking an AR Caller to handle accounts receivable follow-up for US healthcare providers. You will contact US insurance companies about unpaid, pending, denied, and underpaid medical claims to improve collections.

You will review EOBs/ERAs, investigate eligibility and coding issues, coordinate corrections and appeals, and maintain accurate notes and follow-up dates while meeting daily production targets under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience in AR follow-up for US healthcare claims.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and privacy rules.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet daily targets and handle high-volume calls.

• Coordinate claim corrections, resubmissions, and appeals as per payer guidelines.
• Follow up on claims pending beyond expected processing time.
• Maintain accurate call notes, payer reference numbers, and follow-up dates.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Job Summary
