Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate manual valves and monitor equipment and process parameters to meet production targets in shifts.

Role & responsibilities

To operate the manual valves, monitor the running equipment's and process parameters in the field for achieving the production target with out any issues in shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

• To meet monthly production target through effective follow-up of shift activities in their allocated workstation without any issues.
• Fulfill the documentation requirement in their workstation.
• To maintain the equipment and area cleanliness by following 5S system.
• Effective utilization of the allotted casual labours for process and cleaning activities.
• Knowledge on Chemical engineering Basic Knowledge in chemistry
• Ensuring the correctness of the process BMR; s.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO, OSHAS, safety practices and procedures.

Diploma Chemical Eng / BSC Chemistry with 0-3 years of experience in a chemical (batch process) industry (Preferably Reactor,Drier,Scrubber operating experience).
