(Organic Chemistry) or B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical) and will be responsible for achieving production targets, executing plant operations, and coordinating tasks across departments. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in chemical production, including handling flammable chemicals.
• Preference for candidates with exposure to Emulsion Polymerisation and Exothermic Reaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production targets as per quality norms during the shift.
• Execute plant operations and processes efficiently.
• Coordinate with shift in-charge and other departments for smooth operations.
• Assist plant management in preventive/breakdown maintenance.
• Issue work permits and prioritize tasks with plant manager and engineer.
• Maintain accurate shift-wise documentation of process parameters.
• Ensure housekeeping and compliance with SHE & legal safety guidelines.
• Organize manpower, distribute work, and maintain discipline.
• Minimize waste of manpower, material, and utilities.
• Handle critical chemical reactions and conduct IPC testing during shifts.
